It was a beautiful evening full adventure and laughs on the Upper West Side tonight. A friend was in town on her way from France to Cali, so we took her to a cute outdoor cafe where many stories were told, some good wine was consumed, and lots of laughter was shared. A perfect New York kind of night (complete with a full-on street brawl right across from our little table that had cops and ambulances lining Amsterdam Avenue like something out of a movie. Exciting!)(Not that I support street fighting. Or any kind of fighting for that matter. I do not. For the record.)
