The Frying Pan is a floating bar/restaurant docked at Pier 66 on the Hudson. We spotted it on our bike ride last weekend and it was overflowing with boisterous, happy patrons. My only experience there was a stormy, windy evening last summer -- we thought we might blow off the ship -- but it was still incredibly fun. A great 'New York' kind of thing to do.
