Halloween weekend.

It was wonderfully crisp & Fall-like here in New England this weekend. Perfect weather for ushering in one of my favorite days of the year, Halloween (I really don't know why, but I just love it) and having a good friend in town for a weekend-o-fun. 

Though we didn't dress up this year, carve a pumpkin or even have one single trick-or-treater (sad), I was still so happy to relish in the bursts of colors, piles of crunchy leaves and chilly Fall temps. 

We ended the weekend curled up on the sofa in front of a fire, with football on in the background and a Halloween episode of Freaks & Geeks (an old fave of mine) playing on my computer. Pretty great...
