Is it too late to post Mother's Day pictures? No? Oh good. Here we go!
My first Mother's Day! Surreal. We did a whirlwind trip to Virginia to see family and had a lovely Sunday together. Brunch, naps, a Virginia winery and steaks on the grill were had and enjoyed by all.
Virginia was so so green. My favorite part of the day was probably the winery, which was out in the country. Such a beautiful setting. Sometimes it is nice to get out of the gritty city and breathe in the smell of freshly cut grass (even if it does make me sneeze).
We put Miles out in the open grassy space and let him explore and play. He was in heaven! And had the entire place cracking up as we all looked on.
His little expressions are priceless!
Oy. Love that kid.
